Assessment at the University of Redlands is motivated by a commitment to improve the institution's effectiveness in fostering student learning within the framework of our liberal arts mission. Assessment of student learning is controlled by the faculty, via the elected Educational Assessment Committee. By defining clear outcomes for programs, collecting evidence of learning, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data, faculty engage in continuous improvement of student learning.
