As the owner of a meeting you are able to get the attendance for a teams meeting wile the meeting is still open.
With the meeting open go to the Participants panel.
The panel will open to the right of your screen. In this panel at the top select the More actions three dots.
From the dropdown select Download attendance list
This will download the attendance list into you Download folder as meetingAttendanceList
Selecting the file will open it up in excel and you will be provided with the participants names, what action (join or left) and the time stamp
